With our design-only service, you’ll receive a comprehensive design package that includes drawings, a moodboard, and a spec book to help you bring your vision to life with your Architect, General Contractor, or Tradespeople.

We provide you with a floorplan, focusing on improving flow and functionality of each space. We will provide you interior elevations for your builder to implement the designs.

Shoppable Item List

Our designers will provide you with a list with links for every selection, allowing you to implement on your own timeline.

How Does it work?

BEFORE YOU ARE A CLIENT

  • Send your inquiry form using the contact or inquire button.

  • You’ll receive a link to schedule a discovery session where we’ll discuss your needs, desires, vision, and investment for your spaces.

  • The nitty-gritties of the design phases and services are detailed in a letter of agreement and sent for your approval before starting a project.

    Upon acceptance and payment of the design fee agreement, your custom design process begins!

ONCE YOU ARE A CLIENT

  • Concept design is the start of the creative process. We make sure we’re aligned on the aesthetic and functional goals of your space. This phase includes:

    • Site visits to document and measure your space

    • Conceptual Mood Boards

    • Preliminary Floor Plans and Renderings

    • Furnishings Investment Estimate

    • Initial Selections of materials and merchandise

  • We refine the design, selecting key finishes, furniture, lighting, and other elements. We also handle construction drawings (if needed) and finalize all selections for your approval. This phase includes:

    • Final Floor Plans, Renderings, and Elevations

    • Material and Furnishing Selections

    • Samples of Materials

    • Quotes and Proposals for approval

  • We hand over the final design that includes mood boards, floor plans, 3Ds, shopping list etc. that helps you execute your project.

Frequently asked question

  • Design-only projects typically take 3-16 weeks, depending on the scale and how quickly decisions are made. Once the design is completed, the implementation timeline is in your hands. The time required is influenced by the scope and complexity of the project, as well as how many design meetings and revisions are necessary.

  • Absolutely! We’ve worked with clients across the United States and beyond. While our international projects are more limited, we’re always excited to learn about the place you call home.

If you're using our design-only service and decide later that you need help with furnishings, we can offer this service at our hourly rate. We offer access to high-quality, custom, and trade-only furnishings that align with your design vision. We handle everything from sourcing to delivery and installation.
